It's been a year we have been staying in long distance relationship. He had tried to apply come to US but git his visa rejected. As I am US citizen is there any way to I can help him?

Anyone you know tried calling boyfriend/girlfriend that way. I think he has been rejected twice on B1/B2 visa earlier. Don't know wether writing congress man would help him to get visa...

Congressmen/women dont help bring boyfriend, girlfriend, crushes etc just cuz u r a citizen, they cant cuz there is no law.If you really want to help him then bring him on k1 and later marry in the USA.

Yeah I am planning for k1 and C1. But I was worried about his previous history of rejection would land him on some trouble infront of VO.

Xkavre,if his previous rejections were on non immigrant visa,like f1 tourist that shouldn't be a prob cuz now u r filing an immigrant visa. Previously be had to show he would come back to Nepal but now quite the opposite he has to prove the relation is genuine and he wants to live with u in the US. Unless he has lied and was blacklisted in the past I dont think it will be a prob. My moms tourist visa was rejected 3 times before we sponsored her and brought her as a pr.
