It’s a very tough road ahead now. The initial Dream Act was introduced in 2000 and hasn’t made it through Congress in the last two decades. Without reconciliation, the Repubs will filibuster dem’s immigration plan to death. It’s good to have hope but people should start looking for alternative ways to gain residency.

yes pandeyji, there are ways but I dont think the dems have the cojones to overrule the senate parliamentarian. Republicans on the other hand (for good or bad reason) would do what ever to pass their agendas. ie: Amy Coney Barett . I hope the dems prove me wrong.
