In your Town? My cousin came to USA to attend a conference (IEEE something like it) somewhere in southern Virginia. He look at the map and mentioned that I will be there ( Chicago). I managed him to stay in DC until the date of visa. He was ready to stay illegal. Due to my suggestion he went back , later he did his Ph.D. from Canada. He was and is unappreciative on my sincere suggestion. It's over 20 years I let my uncle know that because of my sincere suggestion he was able to do Ph.D. from Canada otherwise he will have spend years working illegal, So, think he is near your town.
