I know that when you open a dollar account in Nepali bank, you can deposit US dollar and then use the Nepali bank's card to withdraw dollar in US but while in Nepal are you allowed to withdraw US dollar. I am new to this dollar account and recently opened one in Nepal with just $1000 and when I tried to withdraw dollar they say I cannot. Is that true?
