Hi all, I am writing this for my brother who has 7-8 years of genuine experience as backend developer. He lost this job in Dec and looking for new job since then but no luck. There were 3 technical interviews for him till date but he was not selected. I know the job market is tough but I am hearing people are getting jobs when they compromise. Although my brother is willing to relocate and to take short-term job, he had no luck. Are there any people in sajha with same kind of situation or anyone who got job recently and want to share their experience? Market condition is tough so sharing your experience can help other.
