The Building is located in Chicago (Bryn Mawr and Sheridan) The building is a high rise and I live on the 16th floor. You can see the West and North West side of Chicago from the apartment.   The Building Includes A Door Man, a Small Gym, Washers and Dryers, A Small Convenient Store, A Dental Clinic, A Massage Therapist, Internal Medicine, A Foot and Ankle Clinic, A Huge Lounge and a Beautiful Garden   Commute: Less than a minute to the bus stop (#147/#151/#136), 2 to 3 minutes to the Red Line. Free Parking could be a pain finding spot but the building has paid parking in and outdoor.   The Neighborhood Several Grocery Stores, Dollar Stores, Restaurants (Indian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese and Continental) all within a 2 – 3 minutes walking distance. Banks, Seven Eleven 24/7, Dunkin Donuts 24/7, Starbucks all within the same 2-3 minutes walking distance, Walgreens is also located 3 blocks away. Jewel Osco and Dominick’s are also within a walking distance too. The Lake is just across the street.   I am looking for a decent roommate who most of the time keeps to self. Makes the least possible noise and do not invite anyone over for any kind of party as I do not want to make my apartment a party house. Sorry if you are into drugs or if you are alcoholic do not respond to this mail. I want someone who cares to keep the apartment NEAT and CLEAN. Cost $ 410.00 a month and $ 410.00 Security deposit, plus utilities which is around $15.00 each for electricity (approx.) and if you want to use phone and internet $40.00 each.
