anybody has the same situation working in others SSN......plz share your experience.

dont use other's social secutiry number to work....even though she doesnt have problem with that because when you are caught using that then there is serious penalty for you...you are working in store and if you caught in selling alcohol to minor and you found using other's ssn then that will be a serious problem bro.

If you use someone's social and if things go wrong: You are breaking the law hence you will be prosecuted in every form if caught by the authority.There are several charges that can be brought against you. I don't wanna go into details. If you do happen to use her social security then your friend will  end up paying more taxes, in another words  she will be entitled to less refund. Be sure she files her taxes and she includes the W2 that your employer provides. Your friend will also run into tax problem if you don't provide her real name along with ssn to your employer since he is going to report your income to the IRS and if they name/ssn don't match your friend will  face problems. But the flip part here is if your employer knows about this and is a partner in your crime then there are less risk. Either way it's your choice. Good luck on what you do.

hey guys thanx for your comments,,  i am male and my fren whose SSN  i am using is female ...but i am working in her name ...i am only doing this because i have never worked in SSN before and still dont like using SSN......

There is not any problem for you to use your own SSN. Go for it. Don't think of any stupid stuff like that. Why will you pay your huge tax for some one?

soil...do u even hear urself... why are all those stuffs stupid?...DONT DO IT...i have heard people doing it but i would recommend u not to...well about prosecution, it depend if some one wants to prosecute or not, which will be ur fren... ur fren will get huge tax burden
