The townhouse is very spacious, with a large basement and a large kitchen.  The house is within walking distance (10 mins walk) to the Edison train station; convenient and easy commute to New York or surrounding areas.  The place is centrally located and the major stores and malls are within a 5 mile radius. Rent is $693 per month plus utilities (cable and electricity).  The total comes to be around $750 per month.
