What do you all think is the most humane way that our security personnels can adopt to crack down the hooligan outfits in our country? I support any means they adopt, what do you think? I studied janaaandolan closely and found that our security personnels as being so weak and lame in adopting concrete actions. I am sick of these tyrannizers.
