This is a private house that has two floors. The unit has 3 rooms ( 2 large, and 1 small ). I need to rent out 1 of the bigger rooms. I live in the smaller room, and the other room is occupied by a couple. So, this would be good for a couple, but I am also open to other combinations.  The house is located in Woodside, 4 minutes walk from the 7 train ( 61 street station ).
