I lost my Texas driver license and then I went to Minnesota to get the driver license. They told me to get driving records from Texas so I got it and then got driver license from Minnesota. Then I git driver license from North Dakota but I wana get my Texas driver license back. Can i do that. I got forms online form Texas DPS site. can i mail them and try. Is it rt thing to do thou?
