I need the urgent help with my situation. I just got married in last December 2009. My wife is PR and  we jointly filed the I 130 and I 485 concurrently in march. They accepted my I 485 and sent me the date for Biometric test which i already took last month and now they have sent me the date for the initial interview at the end of this month.  Last year we jointly filed taxes for  $ 12XXX but we need more than 18XXX for two members to sign the affidavit of support. Since I am  in Student status I  was not working ( legally speaking) so Do you guys have any Idea  that if I can use the bank account which should be three times the difference of the that ever the sponsor made and the 125%  above poverty line. which come around 6000*3 = 18000 or amend the taxes and pay the taxes  for rest of 6000. or any other suggestions please.thanks in advance
