Hi, I am a female student attending NJIT and have a room available in my apartment in Kearny, NJ. I am looking for a roommate (preferably female). This place is a block away from a bus station and you can catch a bus to Newark / NJIT / Rutgers ; 20-30 mins ride. Also, you can catch buses that go to NYC - Port Authority; 30 mins ride. Its a quite and safe neighborhood close to Jersey City, Newark... its more of a residential area for old people.  The rent would be $445 plus utilities. Very close to bus station.
