As a honest Nepali , I was sick and tired of looters and liar hustling me all over. I left Nepal because I was sick of liars and corrupted people and came to the land where hard work and honesty is appreciated. But lately, those fakers, liars, corrupted people are making their way to USA via. Fake asylum, fake marriage and DV lottery system. They are even corrupting more after getting permanent residency of foreign land because now they can always flee and be safe whenever they want. As a society we should punish those people . we should not go around saying those people are smart to take short cut and make their green cards. while students wait years through legal ways they make their green card in few months and go calling students as dumbs and worthless. if i see some corrupted and fake asylee in real life i don't care, i will go to the law report, if the authorities lax i will even to go the court and higher court if i have to. I am sick of these corrupted people ruining my Nepal and now my new country USA.  Nepali People who file asylum in the USA recently:note: the real victims of Maoists hardly make it to USA.  All asylum recently are filed in San Francisco  because of the generous Immigration officers and judges.  1) Students who have no hope of getting h1b or green card through that route.  2) Parents of students who come to America with their children and file asylum. If they get asylum their children get asylum too and get instate and financial aid. Of course those parents will return after few years because they can do very little in usa in their mid life.  3) Tourist visa holders, who file asylum first and if rejected start hunting for desperate US citizens for fake marriage.  4) Corrupted leaders and governmental officers after looting millions of dollars find US, canada, UK , Aus as safe refuge. Most of them do go back after few years via India and continue their jobs and loot more money.  As Nepalis we should stop the fake asylees who loot Nepal and Nepali and further cheat US to escape. Most of these fakes file asylum from San Francisco. We should contact the immigration officials in San francisco and tell them what's going on.  Last edited: 20-Aug-10 03:38 PM

Everyone that comes to the united States always dream of getting a green card . Its not a special green card the US government gives through H-1 OR From Jobs .  I would suggest you to hire a immigration attorney based on California or Texas . Its a 50/50 chance . Trying is always best . Go for it and good luck with your documentation and all paper works .  Who dont want this ?
