Hi Friends, Recently i saw a news in sajha which said that a guy was detained and his visa was canceled because he was caught selling tobacco to minor in the past. Well i am also in the same boat and planning to go to Nepal pretty soon. The incident happened 2 yrs ago and since then there has been no such records in my name. Can someone please tell me how risky is it? Have anyone of you done same mistake went back home and came back successfully? Is selling tobacco to minor a felony or misdemeanor? How long does it stay in the record? Will it effect if i apply for PR in Canada ? Please Help with all your knowledge and true experience.
