I am in urgent need of help in filing DS-3035 (J1 Visa Waiver).  While applying on the basis of No Objection what could be my statement of reason. I am married to a GC holder, can that be one of the reasons? Besides, is there any experienced folks who did this themselves? Please help me. Thanks in advance
