Had H1 stamping interview this week in Nepal.Interview was good and the questions asked to me and my wife are: what do you do for your company? Since how long you been working? How many employees? Are there any Nepalese working in my company? Are you sub contracting? Your grades are good. When did you guys get married? Do u have kids? Where did you guys meet? How many people attended wedding? Have my wife been to US?Said no.Again asked why? Said was in school. He told my I797 is not electronically uploaded i.e PIMS verification.They have kept our passport and have told they will call us as soon as it is uploaded in their system. Can somebody please share experience how long will it take for this PIMS verification.
