Probably one thing that should be included is the invitation letter. While I graduated back in 07 I Fedexed this invitation letter and nothing else from my side. They were granted visa without hassle. One thing I think is that they have to have a solid reason to be back.

Well, you don't necessarily need a "solid" reason albeit that's true in theory. Just provide enough docuements to show that you can support them during their stay.  Good luck, man.

 seasom, a lot of parents are being denied and one of the reasons for that is they don't have a good basis to return back home. if your parent(s) have some kind of job, property like land, house,etc, and some other family member, prepare document showing that they have those things. it's not required as footyfan said but it will increase cnances of getting visa.  let's hope that they'll get visa and you'll be able to see your parents soon. good luck!

 You don't need nothing man....(man in the sense you are a human being, irrespective of gender). Invitation letter is the most important one. besides, you have enough money to display....so hopefully you shouldn't worry....Good luck...and yeah, They need relationship certificate from nepal just to prove you are son/daughter of those specific people. Hmm, Congrats for graduation.
