I was going through a previous thread posted in regards to Canada skill workers visa or PR process, and i find it relevant to gather some useful suggestion from you guys. My brother is in Japan as a skilled worker and working as a cook there for 2 years now. Now, there are job offers from Canadian restaurants to process for Canadian Visa (Skilled Worker) but also asking huge money in return. Is there a way he could apply for PR without third party involved or any job offers? I believe its possible to apply on your own too, please suggest the possible ways to do so. Also, at last, what could be the advantage of having job offer if you are already qualified on the list of Skilled Workers that qualifies. Thank you for any suggestion you may provide.
