1. I am currently working as consultant at New Hampshire for the company based at New Jersey. My employer mentioned that I was contributing 50% towards medical insurance. However, my pay stub doesn't show any deduction other than Federal, Medicare and Fica. I believe the pay stub should also show whatever the deducted amount as Medical. Is New Jersey or New Hampshire state law does allow employer not to disclose the deducted amount? Please help... 2. My employer and me had a verbal agreement that they will provide with the life insurance, short term/ long term disability benefit and dental insurance without charging or paying any portion of it. Now they are saying they cannot provide me with these benefit. I had sent zillions of emails and try to call them to escalate this matter with them, but they seems to be ignoring and pushing out rather than come to an agreement at certain point. Even at one call they try to harass me with very unprofessional manner. So my question is: Can I make a complaint or file law suit against them? If so where and how shall I proceed? Please help..
