@violet7: OMG, the best suggestion i have ever got from anyone. Seriously dude, i am not lying. I think i will do that. Actually my problem is that, whenever she accuse me by saying all those things from the past, that drives me crazy and i start fighting with her too. I have been always warning her by saying not to bring that issue but she always does that. I think i will do that. Thank you violet. Appreciated.

Karnali Blues, try kissing her when she yells at you and see what happens. Come to think of it, I never tried it when I was in a relationship myself.  I normally laughed hysterically (for some bizarre reasons) and it worked, at times.

There was only one thing, your past, that was helping you guys stick together now thanks to Violet your wife is never going to win any argument and the two perfect love birds will finally have to get seperated.

28th amendment · Jun 19, 2012 10:28 PM

I agree with Violet. Some women, not all women will resort to using examples from the past. I must admit, I have done so on a few occasions... but after time you learn that you cannot do that because life moves forward. Bringin up shi* from the past is taking a step backwards. If you can manage to sorta brush offf her BS she might see that it doesn't bother you anymore. Plus, what is a marraige anyway? It's built on love, freindship, trust and communication, among many other things. Tell her you married her and not someone else and that this petty BS just adds unnceccersary drama to your life. Anyway.. marriage is a beautiful thing as long as the couple knows that each of them needs to put in 50% of work. Marraige ain't no vacation, it takes a lot of effort. From what I have seen, sometimes people get so comfortable in that relationship that they stop puttin in work.. that's when issues arise.. Wow.... pretty deep n serious for a hump day morning..... (that's what she said!)<>

May be you do not have guts to break barrer of single.

MAgorkhe1 · Jun 20, 2012 9:18 AM

@magorkhe1 maybe you are right..maybe im scared to be committed but then again im starting to think im just a plain loser

nepalkochhoro · Jun 20, 2012 12:20 PM

Don't rush in a relationship just because you find a loser in you for being single. Otherwise, I am so sure you will come to sajha again n create a new topic "Why am i still committed" if not " Why am i still married" And then take my word, you will really value time machine like noone else!! Ciao:) i can foresee your post

Anava · Jun 20, 2012 12:51 PM

@anava...its hard for me to actually realize how correct you were in above four sentences. but im not rushin ....i was just wondering why am i still single past 25 yrs

nepalkochhoro · Jun 20, 2012 1:06 PM

I'm single because I'm not ready to commit and settle down. By commit, I'm not talking about having problems committing into sharing bed with only one girl for the rest of my life but rather, committing into "hum do, humare do, as a family man). I enjoy my freedom and am used to doing things my way, when I want it. Currently, my mother's the only person who nags me (EVERYDAY!) for not fixing my bed (I'm yet to understand the need to tidy your bed in all honesty).  Further, I don't actually need any dressing up or spend more than 5 mins in front of the mirror. Right now, I simply don't care about wearing clothes that make me look attractive. I do wear clean socks, boxers, clothes and what not but I don't fold my clothes, tidy my room, or hell, wear clothes that need ironing. I also don't have any pressure to make big bucks. I make a decent sum but because I'm more focussed about eating right and consuming less/no alcohol, I'm also not spending as much. I'm able to take trips whenever I want (going to ANA, visiting friends in Seattle and DC during the summer plus going across the pond) and when I compare my situation with my buddies who just got married, they don't seem so happy but rather, jealous. All of a sudden, they've come to realize that they're not able to take trips whenever they want, or do things that they like to do.  All in all, except for not getting some on a daily basis/when I want, I'm pretty content. Getting some shouldn't even be a huge deal if you're outgoing or hit clubs/bars on a regular basis...but the fact that I don't look into getting it makes me wonder if it's time for me to settle down...I'm pretty young, both mentally and physically (in the best shape of my life, physically)....but at the same time, I'm not 22-23 anymore....so idk. Maybe, just maybe it's time for me to settle down and make some sacrifice?

riddle · Jun 20, 2012 1:28 PM

hmm.... good point riddle... but you will have to procreate at some point!!!

nepaligal81 · Jun 20, 2012 2:07 PM

riddle, Touche on all of your points. Yes, of course i am and anyone else who are married would be jealous looking at all the things you do but at the same time think about it. Sooner or later, you would realize that during that trip to ANA, Seattle and DC, what if you also had a girl to hold your hand, lay on your shoulder, give you a best company and lastly to get laid in manhatten suit at Hilton Inn. That's the time it willl strike on your mind that you wish you had a gf or a wife.  I was same like you and did everything what you said few years ago but later i decided to sacrifice and i am happy with my decision except the fact that i married a girl whom i didn't know for long time and it was kind of an arrance come love. I wish i would have gave much time to know her firs. But still i am happy with everything except the one i mentioned above. Hopefully it will heal with the time. I sure will let you guys know about it , Have a good rest of week y'all.

Riddle bro, But there is another side of the story too. Relationship doesn't mean restrictions and curtailments of personal freedom only. If you can find a like-minded person, a relationship can be adventerous too. There are lots of things in life which can be more fun when done as a couple than a single pseron. For example, isn't it more fun going for a week long cruise at Carribean or a week of vacation at Hawaii with your gf/wife than just yourself? :-) Last edited: 20-Jun-12 02:59 PM

Comcast · Jun 20, 2012 2:35 PM

Comcast bro is right, that's what happens if you marry nepalese woman, totally narrow-minded and self-concerned, possesiveness. etc. bla bla bla .. mother of all evil egos. :D  There are few others who would co-operate life time and they're the one which is very hard to find.

bittertruth · Jun 20, 2012 2:47 PM
