Macbooks are overpriced. They are $500 to $1000 more than a regular windows laptop. I don't understand why anyone would want to waste that kind of money just for the name. You feel important maybe? If such things make you feel important then I say go for it.

The one which you are talking is "Macbook" and not "Macbook Pro" as you have mentioned in the beginning of the thread.
