house are not selling anywhere, they are not selling 30% below fair market price in some places . may be due to high interest rate .for those who bought house, expensive car , etc on tps need to work well ahead of time to sell. this is not sellers market, its buyers market and it will continue to be so for a while.

Pandit le j kura ni exaggerate garcha. 4-5% down chai bhako cha aajkal. Florida haru jasti high risk area ma buyer’s market cha. Tara kunai market balanced naj cha. Selling time chai 40 days bhanda badhi cha. Let me know if you find property 30% down in a good area. I’m interested in buying.
Arizona hit the hardest drop 29.3% . Overall usa hit 14% drop just in may. Friesco tx 26% drop . They keep falling as intrest rate at peak . Floaded with houses , not much qualified buyers as IT guys continue loosing jobs. What a golden oppertunity for qualified buyers and refinance later at lower rates.
