Dhotis who live with cheating attitude
or
Nepalese who live with stealing and lying attitude?

In my opinion they are brothers from the same parents.

I guess this applies to only those Indians who run gas station/convenient stores.
Also it applies to only those Nepalese who always tend to work in Indians' stores.
