Magorkhe , I barely understood what you wrote but I am amazed how come you have experience of everything ? I see your comments here and there adding your experience, I hope those are your real experience not just making up stories..

I had hard time to make chataamari, followed Rahulbhai's suggestion, could not get the point I would be satisfied. Per Anup's yutube : after adding regular flour it turned out to be 50% success. Once in a while I make it and family likes it. The stuffing I am adding on , is still dry not binding even adding one egg on the top. I added cheese which was okay to my daughter but rest did not like with cheese topping. I am still working on it.

@ divorceguy,.......... there is indeed difference between paneer and tofu.....tofu is made from soy whereas paneer is made from milk. I made the latter one. I made paneer not tofu. but you can also make tofu chili.
@gone12........ bro, corn starch use nai garnu parcha bhanne chaina, its optional. gravy dherai liquidy bhayo bhane use garda huncha but u can cook extra time to make it thick rather than using the corn starch...feri ali unhealthy pani bhanincha corn starch so I usually avoid it.
