What are the options to get a legal status in USA as an investor who want to migrate here? Thank you for your good suggestions...

Hello ilove nepal, As a foreign investor, you should invest at least One Million US Dollars in the US. And even then there is a wait period of like a year to two years to get the green card/permanent residency. But consult an Immigration Attorney for detail and other options! Good Luck!!

I read somewhere in this forum that Nepalese are not eligible for Investment. I am not sure how much true that is. Consult with an Immigration Attorney.
