Green card and decent lawyer

Do you know or have gone with any decent lawyer for the green card process (esp. EB2)? Decent means cost wise and his/her proven success. I found out their cost (3,000 to 30,000 and way ( faced a lot of audit due to lack of experience etc.) of doing work varies a lot, if you have a good reference, I would really appreciate your help.

correct me if I am wrong on this: Not you, your company is the one that will assign a lawyer for you.
I am really getting confused here, how can you pick a lawyer (employment based green-card) in a case where u r not the one filing for green-card but your company.

I am trying have different lawyer as company lawyer is very very very expensive ( 30K +).

It would be great if you tell me what was the average cost and processingt time. It is important for me as well but my company is trying to get good reference.

Thanks haris. I was looking for fee range and how much he is involved with GC thing successfully.
