I have been out of status for 6 months and relying only on TPS. I have a job but, H1b is lottery based. So I wanted to have back up. Has anyone been approved for f1 status from TPS only? I know you can apply for F1 reinstate but I don't know about approval due to the gap. Anyone with the same issue please let me know.
