Hi Sajha gurus,

Please advise. I am Thinking to open up a Business, any adivse what is good for low budget (i am thinking 200,000 if we get loan) , haven't own any businesses so please charm in with budget planning and approx cost and effort. Thank you all in advance !!

In this link you can do search criteria and play around ...

Criteria 1- Price of business - <100000
Criteria 2 - Cash Flow >150000

This will 'theoretically' show you businesses that are for sale for less than 100K but are making more than 150K a year... You can also do,

Criteria 1- Price of business - <50000
Criteria 2 - Cash Flow >150000

Or

Criteria 1- Price of business - <200000
Criteria 2 - Cash Flow >3000000

Your aim is to maximize cash flow and minimize the cost of doing business. Also good businesses cost less money to operate (less maintenance cost). Good business have competitive advantage (some kind of value of being the only business in certain location etc)....You can study these businesses for sale...and see what makes a great business and try to find such business for yourself..
