I heard that Nepali (Virginia) working in engineering department are trying to develop a group of force of HVAC. You have to satisfy what ever locally available.

Many Home owner starts learning minor fixing things (DYI) , because just the home visit will cost minimum 100. It seems it is something beyond your interest and skill. You can check HELPAROUND.
