To those all Restaurant's owner. Please watch out the food quality of your Restaurants. At least you can serve fresh rice. Newari Khana re khoi k ho k ho?

If you ever find yourself not loving what’s on your plate, remember there are plenty of options out there, and sometimes the best meal is the one you whip up yourself!

This is a topic I really wanted to write about. Since you already did, I’ll just leave a comment.

I agree with you. In Maryland, I don’t find many Nepalese places that make me want to go out and spend time. That’s why I go to Virginia. They have many Nepalese restaurants, but it’s hard to find quality. A lot of them feel like they just open and close with the sun without much effort. On the other hand, I’ve seen some new Indian restaurants improving a lot. I guess Nepalese places need time and real chefs—not just those with two years of experience for an I-140.

You are right. Indian restaurants are really improving their quality and quantity too.
