This is a topic I really wanted to write about. Since you already did, I’ll just leave a comment.
I agree with you. In Maryland, I don’t find many Nepalese places that make me want to go out and spend time. That’s why I go to Virginia. They have many Nepalese restaurants, but it’s hard to find quality. A lot of them feel like they just open and close with the sun without much effort. On the other hand, I’ve seen some new Indian restaurants improving a lot. I guess Nepalese places need time and real chefs—not just those with two years of experience for an I-140.
