thats why we are having the constitutional assembly, to change the constitution and hopefully strip the 'king' of whatever is possible. i feel that arguing with you anymore is just a waste of time, so i wont. cheers, nepalikochoro

Cosntitution must have - Equality in Employment, Education, Social and Political participation. Then Democracy will have meaning and stable. Nepali government and political criminals and corrupted crooks must be punished by death.
