Political Asylum Rules are in a verge of change as per recommendation made .
The new rule require a fee of $325 (waivable).

In status applications-----------Apply+Biometrics+Interview at Asylum Office+Decision
Out of Status applications-----Apply+Biometrics+Interview at Immigration Court/Judge+Decision

First of all.... All Nepali who registers as an Asylum are FAKE. They are Not Asylum. Nobody wants to rob or kill them lousy corrupted crook of Nepal. United State Government must do RE-INVESTIGATION to those Nepalese who apply for Asylum. If these crooks found guilty and fake, they must get heavy penalties and deport direct to Nepali jail. Real Nepali Asylum are living Asylum Camp in Jhapa, Nepal.
