i came across this site to fill up the application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp

i read that but dint know if i fall under the regular or simplified quota.

i am in the united states for last 3 yrs have completed my masters and currently working. the thing that i dint understand is it says :

  • you have been lawfully admitted into the United States for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo
  • you are a provincial nominee
  • you have been selected by Quebec
  • you are eligible for points for arranged employment.
  • i did not get he 2nd and third point. i even whent and clicked the meaning at the bottom of the page but i got confused regarding the them.

can some one please explain the 2nd and third pt to me and if i fall under this process.

    thanks.

RameshDai, the link definitely presents the other side of coin that people ought to be aware of before they immigrate to Canada. Thanks for sharing it.
