I think it will take some time (some generations) to get rid of the 'for my country' mentality. Is it just a Nepali way to connect everything one does (sports, arts, education, whatever), as being for 'saving the country', 'making the country famous' etc. etc...
Does anyone remember the 1976 Champion of Afrikaan Cricket League? Does anyone care?
