Hi

I have a webcam, PC  Camera (Mercury, BE  251???). this model is no more available (neither in store nor in company web site)

i recently formatted my computer but cannot use camera anymore becuse my computer cannot find it. before formatting i was able to use it without any particular software/CD/Driver.

i checked my computer device manager, everything is okey but still cannot use it anymore

the camera is almost like (guess its a new model with same features)

but i cannot download the software

any help appreciated, i guess its time to get a new one.

Install latest service pack for ur system. May be the latest sp supports ur device as it was working before.
