Now it is getting hard day by day to maintain status. 4 of my friends are out of US  as there h1 stamping was denied.

If we are not in project for few months, the Indian consulting company ask us to transfer our H1.

One of my friend's mom came to US and she was stayed for 6 months, he tried to extend her stay that was also denied.

Even H1 transfer got denied.

Lets share our views to get prepared for all such conditions

You know all why this is happening. Counselors know how people get H1 now a days. Fake resume, fake pay check, fake company, fake referrals. So, lot of investigation and denial of stamping. American lai Buddhu banau na ta sajilo chaina hola.

Till 2006, there used to be H1 quota left for months. But now even for Masters quota, it is a lottery. This is like DV lottery now. Now believe in Luck and not your ability. Chance of being Lucky is???????
