I am a recent college graduate and brand new to .NET, and am taking on this daunting task of creating web services methods and calling them from a client.

I know this will be challenging, but the reason I am doing this is so that I can write I know web services in .NET. I am downloading Visual Studo.NET from msdn (30 day trial), I was wondering, if you guys know of a good website that has screen shots (specially how to create projects and things like that).

I am knowledgable in Java and WAS ABLE TO accomplish this in Java using axis, so I have a good understanding of web services now, but now I want to try this out for .NET.

Please help me if you can.

Thanks.

Once you build webservice and if you want others to use your web service you have to grant access to them
