i heard that if u r international student u can not drop a course below certain credits. if u have gone below that credit (thinks its 9 or 12 credits not sure) then u will be in problem. i suggest not to make a decision of going to nepal  until u solve the issue.

ya you can get in trouble ..... you might fall out of status if you drop classes.....its all up to the DSO .... so it's better to talk to your DSO clearly and tell him/her your problem......if you are thinking of traveling  inform your school and fill out the withdrawal form and a new I-20 for travel....take it with you...... and carry it with you while you are coming back...... this way you will be reinstated automatically.....

but before you take any decisions it is important to talk to your DSO or International Student advisor....
Good luck

i think u can technically take one semester with lesser than 12 credits but u cannot ever do it again even though if it in your last semester when u might just have one class left...talk to your dso and explain your circumstance. They are usually on your side

Bro, u make me laugh now. Don't flaunt so much for your GPA. There are many active skulls in USA and you are not the only one.
