sathi haru, mero aauta sathi le hijo kura sodhiyo. kura k bhane US ma padhna aayako, padhai golmal aani out of status bhayecha, visa pani expire bhaycha. tara padhna mann cha re. CANADA ma student visa apply garda kaso hola bhanthyo. tapai haru sanga kehai advise cha bhane dinu hola.

its a good idea to apply in canada but I am afraid s/he will get visa. I heard if you are out of status in US then its hard to get canada visa. Why don't you ask him to give it a try or go back to nepal and try from there...

if he/she really wants to study, just talk with the international office there is a way to regain your status but have to pay certain amount of penalty fine. its really cheap though.
