It is popularly known in the US as Tylenol or Acetaminophen. One of the great advantage of this medication over ibuprofen is that it does not thin the blood as much. That is why it is often recommended for people with stomach ulcers who are prone to stomach bleeding. Ibuprofen has better anti inflammatory properties though.
