Yea, abalokan is more like observation and prayog is more like use or utilisization. To give more context to my querry, I am looking to describe something like " we can learn a lot from the social experiments of the french revolution.." or something like that..

experiment को ठेट नेपाली चाँही परिक्षण नै होला

But if you want to refer 'social experiments of the French Revolution'  प्रयोग नै बढी उपयुक्त हुन्छ कि?

When you put EXPERIMENT in Google translator for hindi translation, it says PRAYOG. It says "USE" is upayog.
Good question.

Prayog thik ho, jastai " prayogsala" bhaneko  LAB ho jahan experiment garincha.

prayog-experient
upayog/sadupayog-good use

परीक्षण bhane ko Test jastai ho, aghi mathi pani kasaile bhani saknu bhako cha,  example परीक्षण प्रसारण- test broadcast huncha.

So PRAYOG nai hunu parcha. btw, k kurama PRAYOG gardain ho mitra :-)

उन्नैसाउ सतप्दीको फ्रेन्च प्रयोग or प्रशिशन बाट हामीले धेरी कुरा सिक्न सक्षौ।
Ok, I am not satisfied with either word but प्रशिशन  sounds closer to what I am trying to get.

Once again, I am trying to translate "we can learn a lot from the social experiments of the french revolution.."

In your context, experiment can also mean experience.

So, "...फ्रान्सेली सामाजिक अनुभवहरुबाट हामीले धेरै कुरा सिक्न सक्छौं"?
