 i entered  US in 2000 and with a student visa and left my studies and stayed there illegally till 2006 and came back to nepal on my own will. This year i got selected for dv lottery and as some of my friens said i wont be issued visa as i have violated the terms in my prior visit to us. Need some suggestion wht do i do now , and wht abt my wife and children as my wife is the primary applicant and she is the one winning dv lottery.
help please

Hi, Sunny_boy. This is a little bit complicated. I think your wife and children willl surely get Visa  (if requred conditions are fulfilled) as your wife is the Principal Applicant. But in your case, advise you to get in contact with an  immigration lawyer in the US. This is little bit complicated.
