I am planning to go Nepal, at the end of this summer. The problem I have is I was reinstated in 2010. One of my class was dropped and the school terminate my SEVIS but I showed some medical condition and was sucessfully reinstated. I have two more years to graduate. Will I have any problem at POE while comming back. Any people had similar situation. Suggestions appericated.

I have had a friend who came back, but it all depends on your history. As far as I know, and think, there shouldn't be any problem when you come back!! Have a safe trip

Regards,
Mercy

Well looks like you already know what we gonna say. There is no guarantee of your entry since you had issues in the past.At the same time, If the SEVIS termination case is entirely based on medical reason then its definitely  worth taking a risk to visit family.....since you  are reinstated!
