Did you mean to say richest? If one is to go by per capita income and political stability in past few decades, I would say.. either Luxemburg or Brunei.

Nepal is the most reachest country as noone has to go through all the hassle of getting visa. Nepal was the most peaceful country before maoist activity and will be again after it's over.

According to Aneki.com, the most richest country is Luxembourg. It's per capita is $ 55,100. Source: http://www.aneki.com/richest.html As far as peaceful is concerned, where the crime rate is lower, If I have to say.:)

safest country is new zeland. i guess i should move to an outskirt of auckland. been thinking about it ever since i watched lord of the rings. i can picture it now - me surrounded by lots of sheep, in a picturesque meadow. once a year, i will give my sheep a nice shear. i will selll the wool, go fishing, camping, read, write and do a little bit of woof farming in my free time.... i've about had enough of this rat race. i need to give my soul some peace.
