Koirala’s repeated pleas to meet ex-King rejected

Unofficial reports have it that Nepali Congress President Girija Prasad Koirala’s repeated plea to meet ousted King Gyanendra Shah has been rejected.

According to Shekhar Koirala- youth leader of the Nepali Congress, senior Koirala’s perennial petition to meet ex-King Gyanendra was rejected by Gyanendra himself.

Similarly, Chief of the Army Staff Mr. Rookmangad Katawal’s pleas to meet the ex-queen mother Ratna too have been rejected reports vernacular weekly Sanghu.

The Nepal Army chief is talked to be the adopted son of Queen Ratna.

King Gyanendra of late has been meeting political leaders of various shades and inquiring about the political situation in the country.

Rakesh Sood- Indian ambassador to Nepal, Kamal Thapa-RPP-Nepal President, Pashupati Sumsher Rana- RPP President and Surya Bahadur Thapa- RJP (Rastriya Janshakti Party) President have already called on ex-monarch in the recent days.

Mr. S.B. Thapa immediately after meeting King Gyanendra appears to have left for New Delhi- the Mecca of Nepali politics or else he should have been in the news.

However, Koirala’s repeated request to see the king in person and the straight denial from the former monarch, say analysts, was obvious.

why should he meet him? Is he the doll to be played by all these thugs noway he should not meet him and moreover if this news is correct i urge H M king Ganendra not to meet any of these thugs after all they let him step down with such  humilition. First he should let all the people know what he was trying to convey and he should let them feel the pain and agony of these thugs, he should let them live the life of misery with no food, cloth and shelter, he should let them live with lawlessness everywhere, he should let them live with no security, no electricity no water no hope and no desire. After this they all will know why Nepal is called sati le sarapeko Desh......well no thing  else to live a life of normal person is now good for King Ganendra and if he goes to palace again then i will say he will loose his greatness i adore him and respect him for whateva he was believed to done regadless ....and whatever he did was indeed was a step for unity in diversity .......but these pathetic thugs made him surrender his crown ...

No Kidding man, when Gyanendra kneeled to him and almost begged for mercy to save monarchy; this Girija showed his attitude towards him, trusting Mr. Dahal would help him to safe heaven. Why would he now think that Gynendra would meet him?

Girija had habits of kicking a$$ and stabbing from back; NOW he knows how it feels to get one's rear kicked when trusted. I just don't feel sorry for this guy.

Girija is Gyanendra's bi*ch, guys. So it makes sense he wants to meet Gyanendra.  HAHHA poor fella,, going downward together..................

It is true that monarchists are either monarchists or maoists-- they hate the congress so much that they will never be democrats. Their love of autocracy--any type of it--so addictive.

Well most political science academia's love the as its more stable then democracy or Autocracy, which is the worst that Maoists love.

first of all let me tell you Russia ----that was world most powerful communist nation during 1940 ...is so badly divided now. China --- is the worlds most powerful communist nation now it is facing the global problem of handling  its parts--- Tibet, Taiwan....and people are constantly complaining about govermental responsibilities to fight natural calamaties that engulfs life of thousand of people every year .....Nepal ...wtf ...It was far more excellent at the time of H M king Ganendra. At least i was proud to tell where i am from. Was so peaceful in concerning unity in diversity, people were getting food, clothes, shelter, and most important they were patriot about their countries. Nepal is smaller then cuba. Cuba is close to United states and many developed countries and is still wiping its ass from poverty and hunger since 60 years. How can Prachande say that he will turn Nepal into Switzerland in 10 years its pathetic he can joke with his fellow brainwashed comrades not with poor and innocent Nepaleses. Nepal is close to india who once said "Nepal is not a Land of Peace" when king Birendra proposed it in United Nation cabinet and even urged Russia to say so. Its is constantly encroaching the parts of terai and even supplying arms to people living their to revolt against Our Motherland. Remember these were the people(Tharus, Madhese, kirat,dhimal,....and many more) who went hand in hand to sing the SHreeman Gamvira Nepali.......hami Nepali Sarala .....what happened now and why???????

If only royalists had aliali dimag, and had supported democrats rather than finding way to usurp power for themselves, they woulnd't be in this situation. Even today, they are either pro Gyanendra or pro Prachanda. After all, Gyanendra and Prachanda are two faces of same coin: not different at all.
