How convenient that they do not talk about how chirstians have raped young boys and other fallouts of that illogical religon. Brainwash people and pay them to convert. I think teaching logic and reason would have been better. given that the situation for people in the rural areas of Nepal is in dire starits it does not mean that you take advantage for your own agenda.
These type of people are parasites.

Texas ranger i agree with you for the most other than not blaming religion part in which i think you are missing the point, the post headline says no to jesus and the OP is not helping spread the propaganda rather Mr.Khadka, the person in the video, is doing that. The OP has highligted what this guy is upto with the use of the video. No need to remove this thread, it shoud be viewed and people should realize what's really going on.

REALLY? " ..Nepali Religion" !!!!
I think we have our own Nepalese Culture and majority of population in Nepal follow Hindusim as a religion. And Hindusim is followed by billion people around the world.
Content of the video and the title of your thread is totally Uttar and Dakshin. Need to fix that.
The villiagers are poor. They have no choice. Whoever gives them food, security and shelter, of course, they are going to respect that person.
BUT people like us HAVE a CHOICE TO do BETTER IN NEPAL. BUT STILL....
So, smart people like you and me wants to get out of NEPAL and get a Green Card, become Amerikan citizen, give birth to children in US....live a life here and later go to hell...
Why HELL?

I dont support spreading hatred and violence but its high time for us to wake up. Our culture and tradition is being enroached by these cockroaches day by day and yet we turn a blind eye. Most of the working population are flyin out of the country leaving behind women, old and kids making the mission of these lunatic easier and distant. We are chasing our dreams which is made up of lot of money and we might achieve that dream someday but our country wont be the same.
I know there are folks who consider themselves a curse being born on a poor country like Nepal but there are lot of us who feel proud of Nepal and its roots. These missionaries are flooding Nepal with their resources to lure people and convert their religion. If your hungry and somebody comes to you offering a bread with some conditions, what would you do? Your so poor that you constantly worry for the future of your family and somebody comes with a bag full of money and asks you to return a favor, what would you do? You can ask these kinds of questions all day but it wont end.

When your country cannot provide you with basic needs like security, water,, quality education with lower cost, less polluted environment, etc. citizens lose hope in the government and it's natural that human tends to seek for a better quality of life in different ways. If things were gradually improving in Nepal then atleast it would be easier to develop the faith & hope in the country that it will get better , but it's just opposite, so immigration has been proven to be easier to develop quality of life, and it's a pattern that has been going on for a while. Which i don't blame anyone for.
Regrading the context here, Bribing poor people and brainwashing them to believe that Jesus is their savior is BS.These poor people from village probably don't even understand the whole thing and just doing for the rewards. Its like Nepali folks who don't eat beef for opens up a shop or works at one and sells beef to fork out the money for school or other stuff...
I don't know who brainwashed this guy here and what the hell he thinks he is doing, but this needs to be stopped. I believe in free will but this is more like cheating ethically.
They should dare to try in ktm or pokhara where plp are more educated and stable and see the reaction.

on the surface it does seem like this person is doing a good deed by providing food and support to these poor people in Nepal and i do give him props for the helping out part. However; what i am not agreeing with is the path this person has chosen to do so, i truly believe that if a person indeed had good intention in their heart to help then they should have done so without needing to spread their religious propoganda. This person has an agenda to spread and convert people into accepting christianity with his sweet talks and taking advantage of the situation these poor people are in.
A hungry person can only logically think of what to eat and if a person asks them to believe in unicorn in return for the food I am sure the hungry person could care less.

There is nothing wrong in any religions. We donot have knowledge on other religions and we think our religion is better. Hindu don't know abt christianity, christinaity donot know abt muslim, muslim don't know buddhism. That is why we have terrorism. If we trust and respect all religions and become religiousness only then we can be one. Otherwise religions will divide humanity.

so, what's wrong with feeding people and helping them to improve their lives.
marketing religion or not, I don't care as long as they're helping ppl, should be done more by every religion.
they're not killing at least, in the name of religion, hoina ra?
am non-religious but I don't see any wrong on doing things which is helping humanity.
Good job christians... feed more hungry people, help uplift their lives.
get some inspiration "other religions"..
If you can't stop killing, don't stop helping hand either.

If I were one of those "Prajas", I would also chant any name, God or not - Jesus, Shiva or Spaghetti Monster - atleast it would ease me get a square meals a day. A religious dogma of any kind didn't do any good to them. It just kept on perpetuating the discrimination. Their destitution and wretched poverty, and needless to say, their freedom to choose anything as long as it is harmless, is a justifiable reason to 'embrace' Jesus.
But If I were that guy, I wouldn't go on proselyting poor people. I would rather help in the name of humanity than in the name of a religion. As Gandhi bro said, ' “I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."
To me, all religion are equal and so are myths. Hallelujah !

The fundamental idea of who you really are is the core thing to follow after.
Running after so called man-made mirage is such a waste of time.
"Religion separates, Spirituality Unites"
but I'm not against helping hand, I'm not seeing their religion but just helping hands.

I will also say that what these folks are doing is morally/ethically incorrect. But we also need to see things from the other side. Many of these people have limited or no choice at all. If following other than a conventional religion brings them some hope in life, why not? I remember back in the days when i was still in Kathmand(Jorpati, yes they exist in Kathmandu too), a guy from Kansas used to talk to me about Jesus all the time and how he came to his dream and guided him to the right path and the same could happen to me, if I gave a chance. He even gifted me a pocket bible. I later learned that he was head of some Christian Missionary in Nepal. He was a plesant and friendly dude but I never talked to him again. My point is- I was in a position where I could make a choice. When watching this video, I see kids being educated (some spoke gooEd nglish) which will eventually come to the rescue of cycle of poverty, hopeless women with a smile of hope, which is impossible otherwise. We should just let them live or be able to provide them with an alternative.

look at these people who have been brainwashed by missionaries giving trouble in my country. nepal is already in deep turmoil.
the last need we need is missionaries coming nto nepal and proclaming we are the sons and daughters of jesus. that jesus is the true God. And all other religion are evil , satanic, pagan, savages and against Jesus. Common on people we knew we evolved from monkey hundred thousands years before jesus the magician was born. i need views and input from nepalese.
NO NRN please as they tend to side with the missionaries.

@nayapidi,
That's where you are wrong. Hinduism do not made this discriminatory law. It was the work of a Priest call Manu.
Priest Manu wrote the discriminatory law that led to the fall of of Hinduism.
Another thing. Lord Buddha was born in Nepal and his teachings was about compassion, torelance and equality.
That's the reason on why Hinduism survived in Nepal even with the discrimnatory custom, practices and rules that have embedded in nepali society for 1000+ years because people learn to be torelant and compassion.
And so in the 21st century, christian missionaries are taking advantages of Buddha's virtue of torelance and compassion which nepalese are acustomed to.
To safeguard nepali culture, religion against christian crusaders, nepalese need to soften their attitude of torelance and compassion and become harder on missionaries.
Again 3 situation favors Christian missionaries work in nepal.
1. Hindu's discriminatory rule (caste system)
2. Buddha's virtue (compassion, torelance)
3. poverty and illerate nepalese
