I applied for AP in first week of October. Accidentally I missed some section of the application form and my form was sent back. Then I send it back. USCIS received it on November 6 2017 and the case is still pending. I already bought ticket for end of December for travel. I am worried if my AP approval won't be approved by end of December. My fiance is going through some treatment. Is there a way that I could use this reason for expedite my application and if so what are the steps that I need to follow? Do I need to hire an immigration lawyer? Please advise!

What should I take with me during info pass appointment, I have a pending case and it is been pending since last 3 months. Should I take a brand new application or just take some evidence and refer to the pending case.

If you are requesting for expedite then they will make you file the application again. So you'll need money order of $575 again, 2 photographs, passport and supporting documents.
