I m glad that ur friend finish his studies. but i dont know if there is a good scoop of agriculture in belgium.
but he can consult the site www.jobsinbelgium.be to find out if there is some job in these field.
about US visa from belgium, ofcourse its possible for students. i know lots of students who were in belgium and got the visa of US . so about that u can be sure.
