Hello Folks,
I have a question regarding EDV Second letter. One of my fren has been selected for 2011 DV, but his case number is way back around 65000...so just asking whether there is any possibility to get the second letter.
Any information is appreciated.

@samikchya they are processing 6725 for 2016 now so you might have a better chance you just need to follow visa bulletin and look for cutoff numbers every month. Hopefully next year around this time you can process your application. Good luck !!

I have been selected for 2017.my case number is below 100.when they will send second letter? I was refused for student visa before 2 years.do this matter for edv?

Check the visa bulletin for DV 2015 and 2016.. Seems your case no is little higher for selection. Any way Best of luck.................................
